note for festival organisers

Food and drink vendors cost is $500 + gst for the full Festival and an extra $100 + gst if you require power..To secure you spot in our Kai Village the fee must be paid in full within 2 weeks of confirmation of this application. A non-refundable 50% of the fee be retained in the event of a cancellation by the trader. This fee includes 2 Full Festival Passes.

Vehicle Passes and extra festival passes for staff must be purchased separately using our discount code.
