note for festival organisers

Market Place stalls cost is $250 +gst for a 3x3m site. To secure your spot in our Market Place, the fee must be paid in full within 2 weeks of confirmation of this application. A non-refundable 50% of the fee will be retained in the event of a cancellation by the trader. All Healers/Stall Holders must provide everything you need for your own stall including gazebo and tables, etc. This fee includes 2 Full Festival Passes.

Vehicle Passes and extra festival passes for staff must be purchased separately using our discount code.
