Through safe and sacred ceremonial spaces Kelly weaves in poetic ritual, guides those in preparing for, receiving, and connecting deeply with the sacred plant medicine of cacao, guided meditation, somatic breath, tapping and movement practices, somatic yin yoga and sound healing. Kelly holds a trauma informed and empowering space to support loving self-enquiry and deep heart and inner landscape connection.
Workshop Description
In sacred space we will surrender into ceremony where we will prepare for, receive and connect deeply with the beloved plant medicine of cacao. Through breath, somatic practices, sound and guided meditation we will journey through the three worlds of the Amazonian Cosmovision. We will not only connect deeper with our hearts but also gain a greater understanding of ourselves in relation to the three worlds. As we journey to our hearts and through each world we will bring back with us deep insights and gifts to support us in our lives.
