This class is a little more than ecstatic dance; those who feel comfortable and experienced at letting go will be at home and free to play with the ideas presented or create their own. Once your fire is brought to light we pause, we breathe, we witness. Kriya Yoga techniques are used to deepen this initiation.
Yoga began over 5000 years ago as a scientific method surrounding elevated consciousness. As the human body and daily life reality has changed so must yoga, whilst also honouring the roots of this beautiful tradition. Many presumed elements of body function can no longer be assumed and must be addressed consciously to improve the strength of this incredible system in order to support elevated consciousness. The fusion of techniques from multiple disciplines including ballet, gymnastics, martial arts, osteopathy and TCM are added to this class to further progress traditional postures. A must for the beginner and progressing yogi/meditator/human.
