Essencia is a prayerformance songversation about the story of pachamama with cacao from the mayan lands of Guatemala, transformational breathwork, hypnotic meditation & a sound experience with acoustic guitar, handpan, flute, ethereal vocals & crystal singing bowls weaved with a live looper. A mind expanding musical journey.

Workshop Description
A 90 minute hatha yoga journey to reconnect us with the essence of who we truly came to this planet to be. A full body reconnection weaving music with movement, leaving us embodied & open to unleash our true selves for the rest of the festival. This journey includes breathwork, meditation and a sound healing with live vocals by myself.
