We come into the world as a vibrant new energy, full of potential and possibility. Deeply sensitive and attuned to our family, we pick up and absorb messages of how we should and shouldn’t be long before our first conscious memories are formed. Some of these messages can be supportive, while others may be hurtful and hold us captive even in our adult lives. Knowing and caring for what has wounded you as a child is a vital piece of self-development. This workshop will support you to remember and feel yourself as a child, and give voice to a part of you that needs acknowledgement and expression.
We are often taught to seek love from those around us, but seldom are we taught to seek and find love within us. How vulnerable we are if we are always dependent on others to love us. People change and move in and out of our lives. But you will always be constant in your own life. How does one then, develop love for self? Start with self-compassion, and learn to be kinder and softer towards self. This workshop will help you turn kindly towards a part of you that needs your compassion.
