We will wind down with an extended shavasana and Tibetan bowl serenade to integrate and bathe in bliss at the finish. Lovingly guided by Sarah and Elizabeth with two sets of Tibetan bowls to surround you in high vibrational goodness as you journey within. Feels so amazing!
An experiential journey of the body, mind and spirit into greater presence, awareness and stillness, to fine tune the senses, using ayurvedic principles, mantra and movement to dissolve the illusion of separation between ourselves and others and the cosmos. We will journey slowly, gently, diving inwards to find the greatest pool of wisdom from within. Followed by rest and integration with the powerful vibration of the Tibetan bowls. Absolute bliss!
