Workshop Description
This will be a powerful journey through the Base, Sacral, Solar and Heart Chakra's. Kundalini Dance is a tantric, shamanic dance to clear out stagnant energy, through breath, sound and movement. When we journey into each chakra, we are able to release any fear, guilt, doubt, unworthiness and much more. Time to ground, flow, activate and expand! Howling, crying, rolling, shaking and laughing till you cry, will be welcome here. Balanced in masculine, feminine, light and dark, we will journey home to ourselves. The Fire Sisters Hayley and Ria, can't wait to collaborate again after many years. Both sisters with over 10 years experience creating dance journeys and sacred spaces, will be creating a potent, transformational, memorable ceremony. Bring on the wildness!
