Charlotte is a somatic wellbeing psychologist and international yoga teacher specialising in the role nature’s rhythms play in our wellbeing – from cycles of breath to seasons, the moon, to the menstrual cycle. At home in Queenstown, she leads her own wellbeing practice and consults to award-winning retreat centre, Aro Hā. Poetic and powerful, her practices weave together movement, breath and stillness, as she gently guides you to reconnect to your cyclical nature, creativity, and intuition.
Workshop Description
Lunar Flow Yoga (60-75 min)

A nourishing yoga practice to connect you to the renewing energy of this new moon.

Our moon, ruling the tidal movements of our oceans, strongly affects the watery depths of our emotional and energetic body. If you sometimes feel out of sync or your energy and emotions are fluctuating unpredictably, aligning your yoga with nature’s cycles can be a powerful practice to restore balance.

A creative and delicious synthesis of sound, breath, flowing movement and nourishing stillness, this lunar flow yoga practice presents an opportunity to reconnect to the innate wisdom of your cyclical body and the cycles of the moon.

This class is a welcome space for anyone seeking a stronger connection to their cyclical nature and nature’s cycles around them.
