2020 has been a year that has put us all to a test. Our lives, both now and as we look ahead, are defined by VUCA - conditions which are Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. They trigger our default survival mechanisms that can send us spiralling into the flight/fight response and generate anxiety and stress. In this workshop, we will seek to understand and skillfully work with our neurochemistry and our mindset to reset this default pattern. We will explore strategies to connect and work intentionally with our innate superpower, the self-awareness. These times are calling us to step up - it's a tremendous opportunity to self-actualise, live our best lives and be the change this world desperately needs right now.
