Having stepped out of an unhealthy relationship and choosing to embrace my authentic self, I share my journey of how embodying movement + mantra daily carried me to my empowered heart centre - living a life I love.
In this women’s workshop we will acknowledge the stories, the pain, the fear, the trauma, that is sitting within our bodies & soul. We tune into our body & heart space through breath work & specific yoga movements. We create a container & circle of safety to allow the pain to be acknowledged & released.
It is then the connection of embodied movement, combined with verbalising the mantra, that creates the lasting imprint of empowerment and abundance, the shift that is transformational.
