Shane’s yoga journey began 10 years ago - enjoying the benefits amongst the demands of the Corporate world, playing music and family life as a father of three children. Shane has a keen interest in the application of traditional yoga teachings and philosophy in a modern context and opening the door of awareness and self-inquiry to as many people as possible. Shane’s classes combine a strong physical practice with a grounded energy - providing a safe and nurturing space for all participants.
