Tracey is a self-taught Plant-Based Wholefood Chef who is passionate about creating, enjoying and sharing delicious and nourishing plant-based food with others. As a working mother of 4 (and recent grandmother to one, !)Tracey knows just how important it is to create simple meals that taste fantastic and don’t demand too much of your time. She currently runs Plant-based Cooking workshops, co-leads Fasting and Wellness Retreats with her husband Jason and also does catering for special events.
