Wendy was first introduced to Ashtanga Yoga over 20 years ago & has been teaching this, alongside the rpractice of Yin Yoga at the Tea & Tonic studio in Matakana for the past 3 years. Wendy encourages and uplifts people in their day to day lives and brings fun and lightness to the practice of yoga. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to help people to fully connect with their whole selves. Wendy has also taught at retreats as well as working with clients one on one.
